This adorable little cross front dress is very sweet and perfect for either a dressy or casual dress. “Cassie” is very similar to my “Abigail’s Pinafore” pattern. However, Cassie uses just one fabric and I have added a sweet little ruffle to the bottom hem. This dress features a cross-front bodice with little fabric ties which lace through a single buttonhole and wrap around. The ties can be tied in either the front or the back of this dress for two different looks. Just a quick note about Cassie, this little dress is one of those wonderful designs that is truly 4 seasons. In the warmer months pair it up with a T-shirt or pretty little peasant top and in the cooler months try a long sleeved-T, Turtle neck or a pretty blouse.
