This is just one of those dresses that takes your breath away and is perfect for any special occasion. Colleen features a very full double layer skirt with the under layer showing off a pretty ruffle. The over skirt is open in the back to show off the underskirt. This dress has a pretty neckline and buttons down the back of the bodice. However, there is no doubt that the star in this show is the gorgeous sash that ties into a beautiful bow with lovely long tails and can be tied in either the front or the back of the dress!

All sizes are based upon an average child. However, it is very easy to add length or shorten this dress simply by adding or subtract an inch or so to the skirt to achieve your desired length.

Fabric Requirements

Fabric 1 will be for the bodice, sash and overskirt

Fabric 2 will be for the underskirt and ruffle
